WHY TECHNOCRACY..??
First of all, the question that pops in our mind is:
What is Technocracy?
The answer is simple. As the name suggests- Technocracy is about bringing Democracy in Technology, that is, technology of the pupil, for the pupil and by the pupil.
Thus, TheTechnocratz is an initiative by the Technocratz Team to intoduce interactive activities amidst the monotonous on goings in the college campus.
It is aimed largely towards projecting an image of ZHCET to the outside world.
It is the online student portal of ZHCET i.e. a happening place for all the ZHCETians as it involves the college as a whole.
It is a platform to promote and coordinate development by students through interaction, giving them freedom and opportunities to work upon diverse areas as well as pursue their own ideas so as to become innovators.
It is something different from the league in the sense that it not only aims at removing the basic bottlenecks of hesitation & lack of enthusiasm among students but also at bringing a mass participation and contribution from students. It is providing a stage where ideas can be presented, mooted and implemented.
Absence of a system which channelizes students’ expertise in various dimensions led to the thinking behind the idea of TheTechnocratz. Above all TheTechnocratz aims to act as a very fruitful means where the brilliance of the ZHCETians can actually be harnessed.
